Pamela and Ezequiel had their hearts set on a romantic Hawaii wedding, and they knew Maui, with its reputation for intimate and extraordinary ceremonies, was the perfect choice.
The Maui Pineapple Chapel served as the perfect canvas for Pamela and Ezequiel’s love story. As one of our favorite Hawaii wedding venues, this charming chapel offers a unique and enchanting setting with its lush pine trees overlooking the golf course, and it’s conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the picturesque Oneloa Beach.
Traveling from California, the couple brought with them a rich blend of Latin American and Italian roots, and they couldn’t wait to merge their cultures during their intimate Maui wedding.
With a cozy gathering of 25 guests, the scene was set for a captivating oceanfront ceremony. Adding a touch of traditional Hawaiian charm, Pamela and Ezequiel were blessed to have Sean Keli’ipono as their officiant. Sean’s warm and charismatic presence made their wedding an unforgettable experience. He skillfully incorporated Hawaiian traditions and when he blew the conch shell (known as ‘pū’ in Hawaiian), a new chapter had begun, one as husband and wife, to continue making life together and raising their beautiful baby.
Behind the scenes, Cherise with Food For The Soul Catering and Events orchestrated the entire event flawlessly. Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for making dreams come true played a pivotal role in turning Pamela and Ezequiel’s vision into reality.
A good thing about Maui weddings is that almost every venue is close to a beach. Especially this one.
As the ceremony concluded and the guests enjoyed their cocktail hour, we walked to the nearest beach to celebrate their union by taking some beautiful couple portraits.
